We offer a 7-day return period from the date you receive your order. In such cases, we will gladly arrange for a cashback or exchange of the item, depending on your preference and the availability of a replacement.

Please ensure that you reach out within the 7-day period to take full advantage of our Return & Exchange Policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges after this timeframe, so we strongly recommend that you inspect your product immediately upon delivery.

2. Product Defects and Returns

If you believe that your item is defective, you must notify us as soon as possible, within the 7-day return window. To proceed with the return, you will need to provide photographic evidence of the defect and a brief description of the issue. This helps our team assess the problem and ensures a quicker resolution.

Upon reviewing the defect, we will provide you with one of the following options:

  • Cashback: A partial or full refund (depending on the defect severity).
  • Exchange: We will offer to exchange the defective product with a new one if available.
  • If an exchange is not possible at your location due to shipping limitations or stock availability, we will offer you a full refund for the eligible item, based on our discretion.

Please note that items returned due to customer preference or change of mind (such as sizing issues, style changes, etc.) are not eligible for a return unless otherwise specified.

3. High-End Luxury Goods Return Period

For high-end, luxury items, we understand that you may require more time to make a final decision. Therefore, we may offer a longer return period for these products. The return period will be specified at the time of purchase and will be clearly indicated on the product page.
